What are some of the best uses for your products?
We specifically look for products that are extremely versatile. On each of the product pages, you will find many possible uses for that product. There is also a tab called “Recipes” that gives you recipes that use each product we offer. If you come up with a great idea or recipe for using our products, please be sure to share! Our customers come up with some great ideas and we love hearing about them and sharing them with our other customers.
How can I find a recipe for a specific product that I already have?
You can search for recipes on our website by going to the top of the page and searching for the product name. Each individual product we sell also has a recipe tab with all the recipes it is used in.
One of your recipes calls for a specific flavor of a product, but I only have a different one – can I substitute it?
YES! This is the main reason we created Spoonabilities. We ourselves have started making a dish only to find out we are missing a specific product. Likewise, we have had a half jar of “X” in the refrigerator and wondered what other recipe we could use it in. Search our recipe page to see what else you can make with the product you have. This is also where your creativity comes in. Don’t be scared. Feel free to substitute one flavor for another based on your tastes. That being said, feel free to email us and ask for our recommendation.
I have a great idea for a product or recipe, where can I send it?
We love to hear about new product ideas from our customers, and recipes you have tried! You can post your ideas and requests below. We look forward to reading them.
I have a coupon code or gift certificate, how do I use it?
If you have a gift certificate or coupon code, you may enter it in the cart before finalizing your order. We cannot apply the discount after your order has been placed.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, and AmazonPay.
How do I place an order?
All orders should be placed through https://www.spoonabilities.com/ and we have a specific page with all the detailed information on Ordering, Shipping, Guarantee, and Returns.
Currently we ship to all 50 United States, and Canada. Unless otherwise stated, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day via UPS ground and can be tracked online.
Our website uses a special UPS shipping app which will give you access to the most economical shipping rate available. We do not mark up shipping fees. You pay the shipping rate that we pay. Unfortunately, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Delivery arrival is estimated between 3-8 business days.
Typically, an order will ship in one package, although occasionally items in a single order will be shipped in multiple packages. If you would like delivery to multiple shipping addresses, as in the case of sending gifts to two different people, each address requires a separate order, and delivery charges are calculated per address.
You will also be able to select expedited shipping methods should you want your order delivered faster. Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for delivery to the 48 contiguous states only. Expedited online orders must be received by 1pm ET and are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days.
Spoonabilities reserves the right to charge more than our standard shipping rates in the rare case where large orders require additional shipping service. If this rare case happens, we will contact you to advise you of the additional shipping charge prior to shipping your order. We will not charge you unless we receive your permission to proceed.
Will I be charged Sales tax?
Only shipments in Florida will be charged the appropriate sales tax based on your county and local sales tax rate.
Guarantee & Returns
We take great pride to bring you the finest products we can find. We guarantee that our products will be delivered to you as shown and intact. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items, and all sales are final. However if a product in your order arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damaged product still in the shipping box. Email us immediately with the picture and your order information, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
