If you have any difficulty placing your order on the website, please email us at CustomerCare@Spoonabilities.com and we will assist you personally. Please do not send payment information via email. We will contact you and assist you with placing and paying for your order. Please note that we require payment before shipping an order.
I have a coupon code or gift certificate, how do I use it?
- If you have a gift certificate or coupon code, you may enter it in the cart before finalizing your order. Gift certificates can be redeemed by entering the gift certificate number in the "coupon code" field when placing an order. We cannot apply the discount after your order has been placed.
Where can I purchase a gift certificate?
- If you would like to purchase a gift certificate for somebody, please Email Us with your request and we will create a special certificate for you and send you a link for payment.
How do I pay for my purchase?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, and AmazonPay.
Will I be charged Sales tax?
- Only shipments in Florida will be charged the appropriate sales tax based on your county and local sales tax rate.
How can I cancel my order?
- If you need to cancel an order, please call us at 786.471.0710 or email us at CustomerCare@Spoonabilities.com. Please note, orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
I am having difficulty shopping online. Who can I contact?
- If you are having any difficulty with our website, EMAIL is the best way to reach us, or you can call us at 786.471.0710 and we will assist you personally.
- Currently we ship to all 50 United States, and Canada. Unless otherwise stated, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day via UPS ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS and can be tracked online.
- Our website uses a special UPS shipping app which will give you access to the most economical shipping rate available. We do not mark up shipping fees. You pay the shipping rate that we pay. Unfortunately, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number. Delivery arrival is estimated between 3-8 business days.
- Typically, an order will ship in one package, although occasionally items in a single order will be shipped in multiple packages. If you would like delivery to multiple shipping addresses, as in the case of sending gifts to two different people, each address requires a separate order, and delivery charges are calculated per address.
- You will also be able to select expedited shipping methods should you want your order delivered faster. Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for delivery to the 48 contiguous states only. Expedited online orders must be received by 1pm ET and are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days.
- Spoonabilities reserves the right to charge more than our standard shipping rates in the rare case where large orders require additional shipping service. If this rare case happens, we will contact you to advise you of the additional shipping charge prior to shipping your order. We will not charge you unless we receive your permission to proceed.
Guarantee & Returns:
- We take great pride to bring you the finest products we can find. We guarantee that our products will be delivered to you as shown and intact. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items, and all sales are final. However if a product in your order arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damaged product still in the shipping box. Email us immediately with the picture and your order information, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
