Delicious as a topper on St. Nectaire cheese and bagget.
Oh my!... this is an amazing spread with baked brie and on cinnamon swirl & raisin bagel thins! I also have an amazing recipe for Apricot Preserve Bar Cookies that you all should definitely buy this spread for...its very simple: 1 1/2 cup sifted flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 3/4 cup cold butter and 1 cup of spoonabilities Apricot Preserve.
Instructions: Mix flour, baking powder, oats and brown sugar together. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat 2/3 of the mixture into a 8/13 baking pan. Spread the Apricot Preserve (second layer). Top the remaining layer with flour/oat mixture and bake @ 350 for 35 minutes. Cut into bars and ENJOY!!!
