Ingredients

  • 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup baking powder
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Mix: In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 6 months.
  3. Use this mix to make Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Notes

If you want to make a smaller batch than the 9 cups in the recipe card, here is a half-batch that make about 5 cups:
