Semi-homemade Vanilla Fig Almond Ice Cream. In this recipe we use L’Epicurien White Fig & Almond Confit. This ice cream is perfect for a hot summer day, or for a well deserved treat any time of the year.

  1. Put ice cream in the refrigerator for about an hour. TIP: set a timer to remind you.
  2. Stir Fig & Almond Confit and cognac into softened ice cream.
  3. Flatten down in the container and freeze until firm.
