Cherry Vinaigrette Dressing is fruity with small pieces of sour cherry combined with Pumpkin Honey Mustard. Garlic Cottonseed Oil helps to create the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Great salad dressing for a salad with seasonal produce from the Autumn season.

Instructions

  1. Pre-heated oven at 380F degrees
  2. Cut squash lengthwise and drizzle Pumpkin Spice Syrup, 1 TableSpoon Pure Cottonseed Oil, salt and Ras El Hanout.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes. Wait to cool down for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a medium sauce pan, add 1 TableSpoon Pure Cottonseed Oil and toasted bulgur for about 2 minutes. Add the 2 cups of hot water. Bring to a quick boil. Then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. Wait to cool down for about 5 minutes
  5. In a large bowl combine the salad ingredients.
  6. In a separate small bowl whisk vinaigrette ingredients until blended.
  7. Pour the vinaigrette dressing over the salad.
