Daphnis & Chloe Fragrant Fennel Seeds are a wonderful for a delicious Herbal Tea. TIP: Smaller seeds are usually more aromatic, and brown/grey ones should be avoided because a dark color is a sign of old age and poor quality. Our seeds come from the area of Istiea in Northern Evia, Greece, where the supplier makes sure every year we receive the finest part of the harvest. Steep a teaspoon of seeds in freshly boiled water for 6-8 minutes. Strain and serve. Comes in custom caddie.
